Nima review
My wife and I loved working with Nima. By far the easiest and quickest closing I ever had. He dealt with every issue that came up in an efficient and professional manner. I don't think it would have worked out for us if it were someone else. We were lucky to find him. Kudos Nima!
Communication and transparency!!
Brianna was really great to work with. She communicated and checked in with me from the get-go, when I home shopping, to securing my loan, during the loan process and afterwards. She was genuine and by far the best loan officer I’ve ever had. Brianna was super friendly and also available to answer my questions even when it was late in the day. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you for experience- it really helped to ease the stress of buying a home.
Refinance
Thanks Robert, Claudio and Katie for making the entire Refinancing process smoother. There are lot of documents required to make this process complete, but finally it is completed.
He was patient and worked fast.

FAST AND EASY
Daily and Katie were just great! Daily spent a lot of time explaining the various types of loans they work with, the requirements needed for me to provide, and making suggestions about the types of documents I would need to provide. Katie helped me as I gathered the information, and together they arranged the closing, which was the fastest process to closing I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend the Zillow Home Loan team to anyone.

I am so thankful that I had Alessandra as my Lender! From the first conversation I know I could trust to take care of my refinance. The process was quick and she constantly stayed in contact with me. If I had any questions she was able to answer. I was a little unsure about applying for a refinance but glad that I did! She is very personable and professional. I would recommend you to work with her if you want someone that truly cares. This just made the Zillow commercials more valuable to me when they come on the TV now!!!
