Friendly and Attentive
I was put in touch with Melissa through a realtor. I knew nothing about the home buying process, and right from the start Melissa was such a helpful resource. After one phone call she talked me through the pre-approval process and was quick to turnaround a pre-approval letter. Although my home buying process was dragged out because of COVID, over a few months Melissa would periodically check in with me and update me on the changing interest rates. Her and her team at Guaranteed Rate made the closing process easy. The online portal/checklist clearly labeled the specific items that needed to be provided and made it easy to quickly upload the documents directly to the site. Prior to closing and on the day of closing, Melissa quickly answered my questions (via phone or email) and has made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
