to be honest it was a very smooth and pleasant experience for me. Everyone was very easy to work with and super helpful and getting everything done on time. I couldn’t be more happy. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
The diligent service, broad knowledge base, efficiency in working behind the scene and "in the Cloud", and speed with which our home mortgage loan was refinanced, proved amazing. Marc Sosin in the initial phase, and Allah Estibillio in the closing phase, were both exemplary (Marc with his role of starting the ball rolling by procuring and locking-in the rate of the loan, and obtaining the initial necessary financial paperwork, and Allah with her knowledge and willingness to assist in obtaining the additional documentation needed to under-right and finalize the process). Even with my nature of being "technologically challenged" in my ability to forward paper to "Cloud", and also being out of commission for six days in mid-process due to a stomach virus, the entire process from locking-in the rate to Settlement took 19 days (yes, "nineteen" days) to finalize - "finalize" meaning also working into the loan an escrow account for annual real-estate taxes and property insurance; AMAZING!
I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Network Capital with "5 STARS" to any serious investor.
