Highly recommend!
He worked diligently to move our file along and meet our mortgage contingency. I was prepared for an arduous application process, but it really was a breeze and I wound up getting the home I had been wanting. I highly recommend Mark and SoFi!
Sofi is the best refi company
I just refinanced with sofi and it was so smooth. Closed in 2 weeks. All I had to give them was my bank statements, upload ID, and give disclosure statements. They got my income and fed tax transcript via a national databases using my SSN. They also gave me the highest value for my house possible which kept my PMI lower with a lower loan to value. They waived the appraisal since my house was also in some system. They gave me closing credits to cover all the fees and rolled my escrow need into the loan so that I did not need more money for closing. So I just kept my old escrow money after the old bank closed the old mortgage. A notary comes to your house to sign the final documents. I have also had personal loans with them. So simple working with them. I love it. Credit score needs to be 740 or higher for the best benefits. Also a $500 credit was because I had a personal loan with them before.

Mark and his team worked very closely with us to make sure that we were comfortable with the process, understood the expectations, timeline and overall schedule. Having not been through the process before it was very important to be working with someone who was honest and trustworthy. Marks team was the best! In particular, Jen was phenomenal at helping us work through some key steps where we were having trouble. I would definitely recommend them!
