Great Experience

Very Easy Process
I've done several refinancings in my lifetime, but never has it been such an easy and quick process. I know a lot of it was us, because we've worked hard to ensure the best possible credit scores, but Sam Swann was able to help us get a cash out refinancing no delays or hassles. Very responsive to any questions we had, and explained everything very thoroughly. He was personable to deal with, and that counts. My experience in the past was to feel stressed throughout a month or so, with multiple delays in closing, but Sam made this so simple that we basically forgot we were refinancing for the short three weeks this took. Now we have a very reasonable mortgage payment and something to use to really take this house to where we always dreamed it could be. Afterwards, we could see how knitted into the community Sam is, and we know that trusting him was the right thing to do. Sam was recommended to me, and I pay that forward by calling him out when I can. If you want great service and snappy results, Sam's the guy to call.

Honest, Professional, Knowledgable
I am in the process of buying a new house under construction. The builder does have a mortgage branch, and my realtor recommended me to contact Carey to see if I could get a better deal from him. The builder's mortgage branch does provide an incentive. After reviewing the cost estimates of the builder's offer, Carey suggested me to take that offer and lock the rate right away. He calculated the numbers for different options, and explained to me how many years it takes for those point fees to break even. He explained to me every single line item and addressed every question and concern I have. He almost made himself available every time I called. Even though I made the decision to take the deal based on Carey's suggestion, I feel very confident that I would sort to his help in the future for similar need, and I would like to recommend Carey to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and knowledge.

I know cool song but honestly Sam is the best. He has done 3 refinances for us and always provides us loads of knowledge and expertise.
