The person submits and consents, not the agent
The person must review the form, submit it, and agree to be contacted themselves. Please do not submit the form, or agree to be contacted, on a person's behalf.
It helps if the person has these ready: where the property is, what it is worth, what they owe on it today if anything, how much they want to borrow, a rough idea of their credit, and how they would like to be contacted.
What happens next
Licensed lenders and brokers in our network can contact the person about their request. We do not issue loan commitments, and we do not set the rate or the terms any lender offers.
