Overall a positive experience.
It was easy to get a quote and at the time I started it was on the lower end. Communication started off slow initially, which is probably the case for all lenders but was good need closing. My only complaint is that the lender way over estimated escrow (taxes) and Morty were unable to talk common sense into the lender.

Very communicative, quick, and easy to get a hold of when you need to. I like that you can see exactly what step everything is on on their site. They seemed to always be on top of their stuff. They even let me know when the lender funded our loan before the closing, which was very reassuring. Highly recommend.
