Wells Fargo current conforming 30 year fixed mortgage rates are just below averages reported by Fannie and Bankrate.com. Wells Fargo’s current 5/1 ARM rate is as low as we’ve seen, at 3.875 percent for conforming mortgages, and 3.75 percent for FHA loans.  What really stands out presently at Wells Fargo are their current jumbo mortgage rates which are very competitive.
