A good example of this is today’s Wells Fargo mortgage rates as advertised on their website. Today’s Wells Fargo 30 year fixed FHA and conforming interest rate are both 4.25%; however, the APR on the FHA loan is 0.654% higher than that of the conforming 30 year fixed APR.
